A mix of hope and disappointment

Our first morning was brightened by the spacious room and cheerful coffee machine. We held onto hopes of exploring the nearby parks.

However, the dirty floors and cigarette odors dashed our dreams. The unhelpful staff only added to our woes when we raised concerns.

the location of super 8 is great, close to several restaurants and stores. the front desk lady was super friendly and helpful, making check-in easy. also, they have nice recreational amenities like a seasonal outdoor pool.

The staff was accommodating and ensured my business needs were met. The business center had all the necessary equipment, which helped me prepare for my meetings. The location was convenient, as it was just a short drive from downtown Nashville.

Some areas showed signs of wear and tear, and a few amenities were unavailable during my stay.

Although the dirty curtains and puke in the sink made for a rough stay, the comfortable beds and decent breakfast were a plus. Not planning on coming back again.

This spot was perfect for us, close to the Music City Walk of Fame and Broadway. Great home base for checking out local sites like The Hermitage. The front desk staff were super friendly, making our stay even better.

However, we did have an issue with moldy smells in the room, which was a bit uncomfortable.

The key card system was a bit iffy, as it didn’t work properly on a couple of occasions, requiring a trip back to the front desk. The eggs at breakfast left something to be desired, but the waffles and coffee were decent. The pool area being closed was a bummer, especially during warmer weather. The atmosphere felt a bit dated, and the decor could use some updating. Overall, it served its purpose for a short trip.

Recommend for a short interlude

Comfortable room, convenient amenities, with a great location near the airport making it easy for weekend explorations.

Both pools being locked during my stay was disappointing!!! The rooms could definitely use a deeper clean, especially the floors and bathrooms. A wake-up call too late in the morning was just the cherry on top of a frustrating experience!!!
